Hmm, you seem to be forced into perfect posture fairly often! That's a good thing, though - I agree this is a nice photo. I suspect the "eyes up" expression might be caused by that posture collar you're wearing. When I wear one and feel the high stiff leather pushing up under my chin, I have a natural tendency (habit) to look up with my eyes as if that will help me keep my chin up. That's just what a posture collar does to you.
